Day 46. Wednesday 8th August. Innot – Leichardt Lagoon

Left Innot at 9am after walking down to the source of the springs which was next door to the caravan park. Amazing to see steam rising off the creek and bubbles rising out of the creek bed. Morning Tea at Mount Surprise, quick break in Georgetown for a coffee, we then arrived in Leichardt Lagoon at 4.30pm. Unpowered bush camping on the edge of Lagoon, but hot showers and flushing toilets!! We met up with Margie and Keith again and finished our night off toasting marshmallows aroung the campfire. Best visibility yet of the stars here, amazing…
